About Universe Gaming Logic 

  1. Do you have a showroom or retail shop? 
    Yes, we do! It is located at 2A, Jalan Perindustrian Bukit Minyak, Kawasan Perindustrain Bukit Minyak, 14100 Simpang Ampat, Pulau Pinang.
  2. Where can I purchase Universe Gaming Logic’s products?
    You can purchase our products directly from our online store at www.universegaminglogic.com or through Shopee UNIVERSE GAMING LOGIC, Online Shop | Shopee Malaysia
  3. Can I purchase directly through your retail shop?
    We are sorry that our retail shop is not completely open to the public yet. We are open on an appointment basis. Kindly schedule at least 24 hours in advance. However, you can arrange a self-pickup for purchased items in our retail shop. 

How do I buy online

  1. How do I place an order?
    These are the general steps to placing an online order(s):
    1. Choose your product, and add it to cart

    2. Amend product quantity

    3. Check and confirm your order details

    4. Confirm your shopping cart

    5. Provide the updated shipping & billing information

    6. For every successful transaction, we will email you the order confirmation shortly

Online Payment 

  1. Which payment methods do you accept?
    You can pay with Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, FPX and Payex. 
  2.  Is there any Instalment Payment Plan (IPP) option if I shop online?
    Yes! We currently offer several installment plans with Atome and Split, both with 0% interest payment plans. Check out with Atome or Split and break down your payment into three (3) months with no credit card needed.

Online Delivery

  1. How do you charge the delivery service cost?
    We offer expedited shipping based on the item(s) weight. Kindly refer to Expedited Shipping Fees in Shipping Policy to find out more! 
  2. Do you ship to East Malaysia?
    Yes, delivery is available for both East & West Malaysia.
  3. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
    Delivery time may range from 3-14 working days. There can be the occasional customs or courier delay which may affect your delivery time frame from time to time.

Online Order Amendment 

  1. How do I amend my order?
    We are sorry that no amendment can be done once your order has been paid and confirmed. Kindly call us at (60)19-4471310 for any further assistance.
  2. How do I cancel my order?
    You can only cancel your order within 7 days from the date on which you received the Goods. You must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement by email, by “Contact Us” on our official website, or by phone number.

Installation

  1. Do I need to assemble the purchased item(s) myself?
    Yes. Our products are designed to be simple to assemble. In that way, you save the most money. However, if you need a hand, we do provide an installation service.
  2. How much would the installation service cost?
    We charge a total of RM250 (which includes installation service + shipping fee). This service is only applicable in West Malaysia. We will ensure you received your order in perfect condition. 

Self Collect 

  1. How does Self Collect Service work?
    While proceeding to check out from your Shopping cart, kindly select “ Pick Up” on the delivery method. When your order is ready, you will receive a Whatsapp message / Call from us to inform you that the order is ready for collection before traveling to our Retail Shop.
  2. What can I buy with Self Collect?
    Every product listed on our Official Website is eligible to make a self-collection on our Retail Shop.
  3. How will I know my order is ready for collection?
    You will receive a Whatsapp message / Call from us to inform you that the order is ready for collection. The regular pick-up time is between 10 am and 5 pm, Monday to Saturday. 
  4. Where can I self-collect the product that I bought?
    Currently, you can only self-collect at our Retail Shop, which is located at 2A, Jalan Perindustrian Bukit Minyak, Kawasan Perindustrain Bukit Minyak, 14100 Simpang Ampat, Pulau Pinang.
  5. What do I need to bring with me when I collect my goods?
    Please ensure that you should bring along the web invoice / Order details which include “Order ID” upon collection at the designated collection location.

Product & Stock 

  1. Where are your products manufactured from?
    We source our products both locally and internationally to ensure you received the best quality products at the most affordable price. 
  2. Where can I look for reviews of your products?
    You can find reviews and ratings on “Shopee: Universe Gaming Logic Official Store”. 
  3. Do your products come with a warranty?
    Yes but only for selected items which vary from 3 to 36 months, depending on the model of the product. The warranty period for each Product model may be found on Product Warranty Guide listed in our Warranty Policy. 

Return & Refund 

  1. How do I return or exchange my order(s)?
    Please call us at (60)19-4471310 for assistance. Click here for our full Return and Refund Policy. Exceptions are, returned and refund items must be in original, saleable condition with original packaging and tags.

    Proof of purchase or receipt must be included and Universe Gaming Logic reserves the right to limit returns and refund with or without a proof of purchase or receipt. 
  2. How soon will I receive my refund?
    A refund will be done no later than 35 days from the day on which we received the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order to make a refund. 

General or Technical Question

  1. What information is collected when I visit your site?
    We do not require any information to obtain access to any part of our site unless it was specifically stated. We may ask for specific information in order to provide our service to you. Information may include name, phone number, address, and e-mail address.
