This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, which are directly purchased from Universe Gaming Logic (the “Physical Goods”).
The Warranty applies only to purchases made in Malaysia and only covers genuine Universe Gaming Logic-branded products. This Warranty is only valid in Malaysia.
Universe Gaming Logic reserves the right to amend or modify the terms and conditions of this Warranty without prior notice.
What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, Universe Gaming Logic will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct problems?
Once your Warranty claim is received by Universe Gaming Logic, Universe Gaming Logic will investigate the cause of the problem, and if the fault with the Product is a consequence of the Manufacturer's defect in materials or workmanship, Universe Gaming Logic will, as its option, repair, replace, or refund the Product.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Universe Gaming Logic varies from 3 to 36 months, depending on the model of the Product. The Warranty period for each of the Product models may be found here.
The Warranty period starts from the Product purchase date and ceases upon the expiration of the period. Your original purchase invoice (proof of purchase,sales receipt, or order confirmation email) showing the date of purchase and product description will be the proof of the date purchase.
In addition, this Warranty only applies to the initial purchase by you and Universe Gaming Logic’s obligations under this Warranty cease anytime when the Product is sold or otherwise disposed of by you.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
- Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
What do you have to do?
To obtain warranty service, your Product must be registered with Universe Gaming Logic before a Warranty claim may be processed. Therefore, it is important to register your Product upon purchase of the Product.
