If you’d like to make an exchange or return, here’s what you need to know. We gladly accept most returns or refunds by courier services and in stores within 7 days of purchase for free. Exceptions are noted below. Returned and refunded items must be in original, saleable condition with original packaging and tags. A proof of purchase or receipt must be included and Universe Gaming Logic reserves the right to limit returns and refund with or without a proof of purchase or receipt.
Shipping, handling, and any applicable tax are not refundable. Please note that your cancellation, return and refund eligibility may differ if purchased from or billed through a third party (e.g app store, service provider, reseller, retailer, vendor, etc.) Review your offer terms for more information.
