How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit or delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
What about shipping?
Universe Gaming Logic ship domestically. Shipping times depend on your location. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse and are usually delivered within 3-14 working days. There can be the occasional customs or courier delay which may affect your delivery time frame from time to time.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
Universe Gaming Logic is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Kindly save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We offer free Standard Shipping on Sales Item Only.
Our in-store pickup hours are 10:00 am - 5:00 pm on Monday - Saturday.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local in-store pickup at 2A, Jalan Perindustrian Bukit Minyak, Kawasan Perindustrain Bukit Minyak, 14100 Simpang Ampat, Pulau Pinang. After placing your order, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up 1 to 3 business days. Kindly contact us at +(60)19-4471310 for more information. You will be informed when your order is ready to pick up along with instructions.
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Do you deliver internationally?
We do not offer international shipping, yet. We are planning to make it happen someday. Stay tuned!
